Too much working capital is still trapped in slow, paper-based processes. Working Capital Notes change that – converting approved invoices into secure digital instruments that unlock liquidity in days, not weeks.
Once the buyer approves an invoice with a confirmed payment date in their ERP, the data flows through Faturalab’s embedded platform to ETR Digital’s Flownote™ platform to create a Working Capital Note™. A bank funds the note, allowing your supplier to receive early payment – typically up to 100% of invoice value (minus a small discount). You settle at maturity on terms aligned with your cash cycle.

A global glass and chemicals manufacturer, Şişecam runs 43 production facilities across 12 countries and has over 23,000 employees.
The company was looking for a working capital solution that could scale across markets without operational drag. By deploying Working Capital Notes™, Şişecam added a scalable new lever to its payables strategy, enabling greater control over cash outflows while preserving supplier stability. In late 2025, the group completed its first live transaction – utilising Faturalab Platform and ETR Digital’s Flownote™ technology – financed by İşbank UK as part of Sisecam’s $250m working capital finance programme.
Traditional supply chain finance programmes couldn’t keep pace with Şişecam’s multi-country operations. They created operational friction, balance sheet considerations, and often excluded smaller suppliers. Their treasury needed a modern instrument that could help the company to extend payment terms while ensuring suppliers received prompt settlement – without disrupting commercial relationships.
Şişecam implemented Working Capital Notes™ through Faturalab, powered by ETR Digital’s Flownote™ technology, embedding a scalable structure directly into its existing accounts payable workflows. The programme enables the group to extend payment terms while offering suppliers optional early payment, with up to 100% of the value of underlying invoices financed by İşbank. The structure sits alongside existing tech systems and is designed to scale across markets without operational disruption.
ETR Digital helps businesses unlock the cash trapped in their working capital cycles.
